My short seller interpretation is;
We post these lawsuits to scare you to sell your stock at a loss so we can buy lower and then short the stock. Then we will post only good articles and things about that stock or drug or company after you sell so we can make money on the stock as we ride back up in price. Of coarse this is at your expense for believing the drivel we try to sell you by all these frivolous lawsuits that will never be pursued because they we never intended to stick just to scare you.
Just a temporary scam to steal for the average stock investor that doesn’t know the tricks we try to pull on the unwary investor. We sit back and laugh and toast to our brilliance and how the law doesn’t do much about us. So we can continue to steal and not feel sorry for anyone.
FYI... I am not a short but be aware of these people that would steal from your loss. They push an agenda that is to take advantage of the people that don’t do their due diligence and know what they invested in. So try to keep informed so they don’t pray on your fears.

Just pay attention. Know also that shorts are on this board to deceive you too... so make your judgments count and pay attention to who constantly slams the drug or the management for what might seem for no reason.
