Mark is very smart and knows all aspects of what is going on with ACS and all other folks he is dealing with, no doubt in my mind. He is simply not going to provide that information to the shareholders. Again, the way the company voting is controlled he does not have to, the shareholders just provide the money and that is it, nothing else is needed from us nor does he have any need to keep us informed other than at a very high SEC reporting level.
However, based on a specific follow up response he gave to me a week ago clarifying a question I asked 3 months ago, I would say someone may be asking him questions. I was quite surprised that he felt a need to get me response after such a long time...
