Respectfully disagree. It's all about revenue at this point. With a main contractor (ACS) failing to deliver/perform SFOR's revenue stream is tiny. Not getting the 15% owed for EPL they sold to DoD hurts the bottom line. That is breach of contract worthy of a lawsuit not "madness" IMHO. However I am very mad about our troop's mobile devices still not being protected from GRU keyloggers by the SFOR shield. ACS somehow dropped the DoD ball. That's my bottom line and always has been.
