Maybe.

But IMO there's much more wrong with SFOR than just ACS, -that includes:

1) The fact that SFOR management has never been completely honest, open, or transparent with shareholders, -ever.

2) Constant predictions by SFOR management about new contracts, products, and revenues that always fall by the wayside and never materialize. Is this a way of leading shareholders on?

3) The questionable structuring of marketing their products through channel partners, -including deals with shady channel partners like Bo Dietl at ACS. Is this a way of hiding or obscuring profits, so they never have to give anything back to shareholders?

4) Huge and frequent Reverse Splits of the stock that continue to bankrupt loyal shareholders.

All of this leads me to the conclusion that there is something VERY SHADY about SFOR, and that SFOR shareholders will never win.

If SFOR was an above-board company with competent management and the best of intentions, then shareholders would have already won.

Some people say that SFOR management is just incompetent at marketing their products, but IMO there is much more going on here behind the scenes than just honest mistakes.
