What Nader said, exactly,was that they "filed the request" with the FDA.”
I suspect NP filed a “pre-EUA” with the CD12 data like he did with the CD10 data. IMO, this saves money on the official application and saves NP from PRing an EUA rejection of the current “pre-EUA” is rejected.
