I have to agree that you don’t receive EUA if your don’t ask. Filing for the Conditional EUA for just critical is a good move and is necessary for not only this country but the world. There is most definitely enough science to know that Leronlimab works.
I don’t know about the rest of you but after hearing in the conference call that Nader filed 10 days ago... I have been sitting on the edge of my seat in anticipation of a 3AM PR. Not quite getting up at that time but looking as soon as I do get up. The longs have waited such along time for this first catalyst and being still considered an any day possibility it doesweigh on my thoughts and dreams. Don’t get me wrong... I am not losing sleep but my day dreams are still active.
The thoughts going foreword are two fold. I believe we will get and EUA for Covid and not just one indication. I believe a full BLA could be granted by completing the CD-16 and CD-17 trials. I believe we will follow what Gilead did to achieve their full BLA. Only with trial efficacy to back it up. Not just trending that way to efficacy.
I believe that future indications will come much quicker once we cross the finish line in Covid. This is what keeps me dreaming of a bright future and early retirement.
So when will we cross the finish line? That’s the million dollar question. I hope it’s sooner than later but rest assured if it’s not in the next week or so it will come from the CD-16 trial and the CD-17 trial completion. Significant primary end point equals not just a EUA but a BLA. We will have to continue these trials for confirmation if a EUA happens soon.
Hard to not think of where we will be in 6 months or less. The big money from Covid is a BLA. How many indications in Covid will we eventually attain is the question we all need to know. It’s not just critical or Long Haulers when all is said and trials done. I believe when we can show and have the money to compete with revenue from and EUA that we will attempt more trials for all indications in covid again. Why? Because we know it works. Just need trials designed to show everyone else it works. Maybe get them to watch the short TEDx talk of Dr. Patterson. Who can’t afford the time to watch the short version? It’s less than 2 minutes and here it is...
