Yes. Communicated with Joe about it too. Of course he would neither confirm nor deny since it was not public. Which is appropriate. Joe did send me info on TIGR as that was who I was told was the banker on the deal other than Dawson James.
Could be it's been filed but not showing up on EDGAR yet as you say.
