Just my thoughts but looks like all the concerns you raised are the reasons why....
No revenue from operations.....5M off 1B possibilities....IPO still waiting just for politeness sake....pushed off off & off.....then the lawsuits....oh did I forget the dilution part.....
Seems that the only interest now is longs gathering more after conferring at GA meetings & Magic 8 Ball (lol) so to me UNTIL something EARTH SHATTERING happens here well this is what it is......
The tortoise ending up winning the race but right now I have a feeling Mr. Tortoise is carrying a SNAIL on his shell...if not several......
Relax n ALL will be WELL and a GRRR 8 MAN poster on this board related to me that we need to relate Genie in Dog Years and it makes sense to me.....
