"Real lawsuits are behind us, the others are fake

Another idea that totally confuses me.
But again maybe I have the wrong facts.
Nader does a TV interview for local Portland TV. "CYDY is a $100 dollar stock."
Ten days later, CD12 primary endpoint failure is announced. Stock drops $2 per share.
Seems to me that anyone who purchased after Pourhassan's local Portland TV interview but before the CD12 data announcement has a very good case for the $2 per share that they lost.
Probably 6 trading days in there at 4 million shares per day?
24 million shares at $2 per share is $48 million.
Again, maybe my facts are wrong. Maybe $48 million is chump change.
Maybe Pourhassan knows the real truth and by the time the case gets to trial it will be $100 a share.
