I know there was some concerns from a few on ihub with regard to NanoTweet and trademarks...read below email body for a reply per the company. Feel free to paste on ihub on my behalf as I am banned until tomorrow. Should lay the trademark argument to rest. Thanks!
From the company today:
NanoTweet is a series of customized tools, that requires installation and is not a simple webapp, so we don’t sell it on our webstore, but rather license it and do custom configuration for each customer. We have recently updated to 1.02 as we have been working through the installation with Foresite Systems and adding some features and customizations based on feedback. We’ll be putting out marketing materials on the product once that is completed.
USPTO only holds registered trademarks. We have not applied for a ® registration.
