Former Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell asked a judge to dismiss a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit filed against her by Dominion Voting Systems, an election software company she falsely accused of election rigging and fraud.

Through her attorneys, Powell argued the case should be dismissed because her comments were protected under the First Amendment and “reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact.”

Bone-headed, conspiracy theory driven Trumpanzees however....

There has been no evidence provided following the US election to suggest Dominion voting machines were manipulated or corrupted, according to election officials.

Sidney Powell has moved to dismiss Dominion's defamation lawsuit. She argues that when she accused Dominion of being part of an election-rigging scheme with ties to Venezuela, " no reasonable person would conclude" those "were truly statements of fact"

Sidney Powell’s defense: “Everything I said about Dominion was bullshit. If you believed anything I said, you’re an idiot. It’s your fault, not mine.”

Ted Lieu

This shows Sidney Powell views supporters of the former President and @GOP legislators as unreasonable, that only stupid people would have believed her election fraud statements. Problem is, many Republican legislators continue to wrongly believe the election was stolen.
