I certainly hope we get an EUA, but I wouldn't say I'm confident that we will. Perhaps I'm jaded. I just don't see how we can enroll quickly with cases being down and having a more specific population.
my response:
Hello CDiddy, glad to see you didn't go to far or didn't go away for too long. I'd say most of us are justified to having become jaded about this stock due to the huge drop in the last 6 weeks and due to the perpetual short attacks and due to the 10 months struggle with cv19 and HIV and delays and stock manipulation and unclear messages/expectations from Cytodyn.
IMO, the CD16 and CD17 are pursuing Full approval. EUA hopes are on the present application submitted on March 12th thus, slow enrollment won't postpone our EUA for several months. That would be unethically cruel to allow so many deaths when it's known that LL is safe and efficacious for critical.
Facts remains that 1000 are still dying everyday in the USA and LL works for critical cv19 and the variants are stirring up a lot of concern all over the globe and many countries are still being hit hard by the virus and.. there ain't any descent drugs still for critical cv19 patients. The FDA knows LL is safe and is efficacious for critical so an EUA would be reasonable, should be granted, would save lives, and would not conflict with CD16 or CD17 enrollments according to Nader today.
