No absolute proof. But then not a single thing about SRGE can be verified... Not their financing partners, who have no known presence, or their officers, who have plagiraized bio's, taken from bio's of other people, or their financials, which are littered with nonsense that doesn't add up, or their concession ownership claims, which are still in dispute.
And now, their phone number is disconnected..... their claimed offices do not exist......
what more do you want?
