Don't know.. saline shouldn't evoke that response, definitely not to the degree she describes.
Many tropical diseases have similar symptoms as what she described.. tachycardia, arrhythmia, myocarditis.. "100 cups of coffee" basically. That it resolved so quickly strongly suggests she got LLMab, imo.
