VIR-7831 bounds to SARS-C0v-2 and Fast-spreading 501Y.V2..( South African Variant)...some issues;..
Drugs are expensive and MUST be administered by Infusion in a specialized hospital setting or out-patient center.
Difficult task when Medical centers/resources have been stretched by a surge in cases.
Another problem is a lack of Key Clinical Studies showing Efficacy in Published Peer-Reviewed Journals.
The adoption has been difficult also because early in the Pandemic..some reports showed little to no effect...that has ALL changed with recent studies showing Remarkable recovery and hospitalization time reduced...NOW it's up to Doctors and their Patients to realize the benefits.
