Interesting how things change,
Wasn't that long ago we were searching for some kind of news out of India.
The news we got wasn't pretty. Delays due to bureaucracy, weather then the pandemic.
Though it all our partners in India remain committed even though like the world they are going though a lock down and a slow reopening.
Thank goodness our CEO decided to buy out the assets of a small blockchain company, Capstan platform with the intention to produce a product synergistic with their core product anti-counterfeiting technology.
Then the pandemic hit,
While the pandemic destroyed many businesses and hindered countless more, QTMM saw it as an opportunity to use their new blockchain technology to create the QMC HealthID app.
The jury is still out whether this app will be a high revenue producer, put what it was able to do was catch the eye of INNOVA Medical group.
Who would have dreamed back in November that INNOVA would become the world largest producer of Rapid Covid test., landing around two billion dollars of business in less than a year.
What was even more surprising was that Innova's parent company Pasaca Capital liked QMC technology so much that they wanted to take control.
In less than a year QMC has gone from a company with negative backing to a company now with billions behind it.
Covid won't last forever, the QMC HealthID will adapt to other uses for other devices, but the future for QMC now lies with the reason they purchase Capstan Platform access, anti-counterfeiting technology.
It now appears that it is highly possible QMC just might become a billion dollar company itself.
