It appears to be a general number with an option to speak to an FDA representative (by pressing 3). A doctor friend called earlier today and spoke with a clinical pharmacist and reported that he was interested to listen to her opinion and was generally supportive.

I was initially very skeptical upon hearing about this number and this tactic, but the doctor who called is someone I trust and is why I’m going public with this.
