There was 2 reasons for Monday update. Monday investor updates are traditionally more important updates. Wednesday updates are always scheduled upfront to keep the moral up (giving high 5s and ...)
So, It is more important than the Wednesday update. The second reason reason for scheduling it this week was that the typical lawsuit filing goes unnoticed. (I have personally seen many of these and don't care, for other investors)
Back to Monday , I also wrote to someone in Government of Canada and haven't heard back..
