I'm with Craig on this. Didn't read the all of the bored today. Craig points out "recent" but my reading immediately caught the following...
In the Title to the PR - "expected."
In the Body of the PR - "related". (Craig's "Recent" is a qualifier of my own "related."
"Related" is interesting. How many "related' things might need to be filed across 5 nations? For instance is filing IO in Canada covid "related"? yes. Is filing CD16 protocol in USA covid "related"? Yes!
In other words, the PR says exactly what it was meant to say. There is no intent to deceive. The PR says "expected regulatory filings," and "recent Covid-19 related filings." The PR says nothing about having already filed for any EUA.
Everyone should temper any pent up excitement in case the CC is just an update. I would hate to see another "disappointment sell-off" on Tuesday. Or even three more "frivolous law-suits" about a dishonest PR.
The PR says it all in two words..."expected" and "related".
