Did you notice that Scott Scott said Andy Heyward was CEO of CYDY? I googled it and found he is CEO of Genius Brands. They put out an identical PR about a class action against Genius in AUGUST!
On the bright side, we now know CYDY does not write the sloppiest PR's.
