CD10 was mild to moderate, these populations *generally* aren't considered at risk since 85-90% "recover"... Meaning they get out of the hospital. Whether they stay out or get Long Haulers or are the 10% that come back and progress to severe / critical, nobody seems to be looking too closely at. But there isn't a "dire need" in the FDA's eyes for that population (again, generally) and there are already approved treatments (that don't really work, or aren't administered in time to be of much use in many cases, but they've been approved for Mild/Mod).
