I agree with Craig and with your assessment of the language. Conflicting message. But in order to be truthful in stating that resent filing to be true. All that would need to happen is for Chiral Pharmaceutical to say they have filed in the Philippines.
Hopefully it’s more but as with any pre-information from a PR. Try not to read to much into it or face the disappointment we all have shared before from other misleading written PR’s.
On another note... let’s hope it means something positive and let’s be surprised if something could have progressed. Nader did imply in his last CC that it wasn’t over for an EUA. I think most of us have held a little hope it still could happen somewhere but the expectations have been tempered to little of nothing, at least for me. The positive articles written the last week keep our hopes alive. Are these articles just part of the short game? When you look at the bigger picture. Is it time for the upward trend to come up a little for the shorts?
I hate that I bring up the pessimistic view because that’s not me normally. But PR’s are usually designed to bring some excitement to hook the viewer. Let’s hope for more than an update and it’s something that has a real catalyst of merit to see a real continuous upward movement in our stock price. An EUA would be wonderful but the chances of that happening is minimal by that PR.
