You are correct, It is confusing if they have filed or are expected to file. Also, why separate the US, UK and Canada as "recent" and the Philippines and Brazil as possible future filings? If the headline is correct, all the filings are yet to be but will be filed, but the body clearly suggests the US, UK and Canada have been?
Maybe they need a CC on how to understand their PRs and another CC to talk about the actual company updates?
