Based on factual history, I don't feel the PR was promising or not promising. Remember how promising the CD12 CC was going to be because of all of the "don't blink" and "3 digit" buildup that NP gave us before it, and then how it was worse than a nothing burger? How many times are we going to fall for this?
We'll know when we know and NP and his team cannot be trusted to telegraph anything that is believable at this point.
