Yes, I'll hold for a while longer but if this keeps dragging out, at some point we may have to accept Doc may not be able to do as he had planned. Things are always changing in business and sometimes they just don't work out.

None of us know what the hold up is. There will always be another partner he can bring in or something to wait on. It will never be perfect. At some point you've just got to get current and go with what you've got.
What's wrong with that? As Airedale said...Get part of the company current and bring the others in as they're ready....or something like that.
I think Doc owes that to everyone....those who have waited for years such as you, those he told we'd be current years ago and those like me who haven't been here as long.
Now, the other board is walking back their 100% guarantee for Q1 and now maybe it'll take a few days longer or maybe Doc tweets out 2 more weeks....is that not ok? Sure, if he publicly gives a definitive time frame, but he won't, I don't know if he legally can. He will probably just give another vague tweet saying very close or something like that.
Oh well. Very frustrating. I had to vent too. Hope he comes through in the next 2 weeks.
