BRLL chart is a thing of beauty here, the calm before the storm, it is signaling a big breakout. Dont forget shares were illegally sold from an S1 from 2019 that had never become effective. Tweet said they came to an agreement, I dont know of anything else other than buying them back, as it caused the stock price to drop.
