Good Morning. I am told we have a lot of good news coming not yet released. We have about two weeks until the end of the quarter (remember, Dalton said fully reporting and Nasdaq), and some report the first quarter was mentioned for the timeline. So lets run with that. Two weeks is all we have to wait for the wealth creation Dalton talked about. The rainbow mentioned did not appeared where I live, but I might have missed it --- perhaps too much snow and ice where I live.
If everything we heard is true, UNVC will be at dollars per share with just the financials. However, we were told many companies will merge together, and business deals galore will follow. Thus, one would think the revenue numbers would dazzle even the most skeptical investor. We can play WHAT IF all day long, and some do, but I will not waste everyone's time with that endeavor.
Instead, lets look at what we do know.
The share structure has not changed, and stands at one billion one hundred eighty nine million. The revenue from HRI was listed at $204 million a couple of years ago, and we were told covid really increased revenue. So one way to calculate share value is to divide the total number of shares issued by the known revenue, and that provides a guide to what the share value might become. Keep in mind, the market typically has a run-up on really good numbers. So, UNVC shareholders should do okay. While taxes might be a problem, voters do deserve the kind of government they vote for, so I suggest learning to live with that choice. I also suggest one should set money aside to pay those taxes, and it might be wise to set that money aside as soon as money is cashed out.
The future looks bright folks, and you might just have to wear shades (minus taxes and other liabilities).
