So besides great burgers, Jim Nixon also manages Polynesian Restaurants. My wife and I absolutely love Polynesian Restaurants, and if he is combining them with CBD infused waters and beverages, then this chain could be a real winner. While the country is just coming out of the covid shutdowns, this may be a great time to invest in what was a very depressed industry. Good pick Toodles.
