Agree. ACS owes us those Army/Air Force SBIR phase one and phase two test results. IMHO ACS fumbled the DoD ball. It will take Steve Cooper a year to gain back the yardage ACS lost with his Fedramp efforts. In the meantime, our troop's mobile devices remain unprotected from keyloggers. That's what upsets me the most!
