If Kirkland was in control of anything...and as Einstein Iglow suggests he is in receipt of 821 billion shares..then why isn't he dumping..The reason he isn't dumbing is because the 366 preferred shares are not converted and Kirkland controls squat.
The filings were all based on supposition.
Kirkland can't convert anything unless there are shares available to take the preferred to commons...and we all know that's impossible at the present time.
So what game exactly is Kirkland playing?
