So what's the big deal about someone producing a 15.1% PQD solar cell in the lab?
The claim that I remember from 2 years ago was that QMC's patented QD solar cell was already over 15% in the lab, since QMC would probably not have signed the India Agreement in November 2018 with the 15% milestone/penalty unless they had already achieved it in the lab.
