NeuroRX is working to formulate RLF-100 as a dry powder with TFF Pharmaceuticals and that was announced just a few days ago.
They were already winding down EAP before that announcement because as someone pointed out, the EAP hospital list was shrinking.
Now why would you seek to make shelf-life formulations of a drug that had no future?
Not to mention institutions adding to their positions and having an institutional investor buy $10mil of common stock.
