If we could sell Samsung 175 million shares at $2.

We could then do a 1:5 reverse split and have a price around $10 per share and be on Nasdaq immediately. Market cap would be about $1.75 billion (assuming we started with a base of 700 million outstanding). Samsung would own 20%.
We would use about $90 million to pay off Fife and all of our outstanding payables (we are way behind), including Samsung.
We would be sitting on $300 million in cash and could focus ALL of our effort on trials and hiring professionals to navigate FDA (and trials). No more spending half our time playing whack-a-mole with lawsuits, creditors and "weekly" shareholder calls.
All of a sudden, we look like a real company. (Might be a good time to get a new CEO while we are at it. NP would make a great Chairman emeritus.)
