Some have said there was no shorting today, and there probably were some shorts that covered today. Might the above ruling have already influenced the shorts?
IMO, businesse, casinos, sports events, concerts, travel, etc. are opening up too soon, considering the variants/mutations, unknowns about the vaccines, no "approved treatement for critical cv19.
Is applying for an EUA a "material event" that Nader would need to tell us about? IMO, it's more likely that he would be "discussing the possibility of an EUA" with the FDA, as he did with our m/m trial, not applying with the potential of formal announded rejection.
If the FDA was going to consider giving us an EUA based upon the s/c trial data, then at present, it would not be overdue.
I don't Nader said "we will hear from the Philipines within 48 hours". I think he said they could process their approval as soon as 48 hours.
