Schwab has the shares restricted because they came in a jumbo certificate from GNBT. All the shares were lumped together and GNBT provided a separate list of shareholders and how many shares they should receive. Schwab will file a request to have the shares processed. There is an $80 fee and will take several weeks potentially.
