I got a response from E*TRADE . They said the other Cuspid staring with #58 came through as restricted shares and hence the symbol did not change to NUGX .. if I had to make it unrestricted so that the symbol will change - I have to shell out $150 and submit a form to them .. I don’t understand what is going on !
