Also, I found it interesting that yesterday RIVT was moved from the greys to the pinks. RIVT was another one of those very rare companies that got a U3 halt from FINRA, in this instance in May 2015 when people mistakenly thought that they had been bought by Tesla.
The hearing on April 13th should indeed be interesting. Sagar Raich has another lawyer with his firm working the case as well - Brian Schneider - so he is obviously taking this very seriously. Two lawyers including the top guy with the firm filing a motion on a penny stock custodianship case hmmm. On top of that Sagar has made himself the Resident Agent of CRGP, a position that has been open since 2015 when the previous RA resigned. Raich worked as an analyst for Merrill Lynch before he became a lawyer so he has some knowledge of the financial world.
Read up on Raich and you'll soon find that he's no slouch of a lawyer, he works hard and works to win, and has accumulated a great deal of wealth in the process. Something tells me he is in this for much more than a fee to push some paper for a two-bit penny stock CEO that no one has ever met.
I hope that in the process of filing to discover the identity of Kareem Mansour we might also discover the identity of Clement Lockwood.
It would only be fair.
