PhilHealth is the primary healthcare system in the Philippines..likely similar to ACA...other similarities to the USA system. Almost Universal in nature....it behooves DuTerte to ensure his voter population stays healthy..for his continued stay in the saddle of control and popular vote. This will BUY votes for him in the upcoming 2022 elections.
