I think NP has painted himself into a corner. Either he obtains some kind of immediate approval or he obtains immediate revenue somewhere (you know that is his job), he's out. And, if he is out, the share price will gap up on the open at least $1 to $2 above the prior close upon his resignation or removal. I don't think that is debatable at this point.
He needs to close the deal NOW. No more BS excuses on how long it takes biotechs to get drugs to market. It's like a runner getting to just before the finish line and just stops running while all the other runners pass him by.
Stop the talk of this being a penny stock for ten years or whatever, and how successful we are to be where we are. I did not buy in the pennies, it's a many dollars stock to me. Even, those of you lucky enough to have bought in the pennies deserve better than being reminded of having held a penny stock for the last ten years prior to last year.
The lawsuit that forced him and certain others to return stock and option grants is a prelude of more to come if the board does not take care of this problem. With distribution of the shares of the stock comes the ability of shareholders to vote the board of directors out of office if they don't take care of situations such as this.
It's like he is afraid of changes, the going is good for him and certain others, with their large salaries. Afraid that if they succeed, there will be changes. Well, the changes will come either way, so the executives and board are better to be the cause of the changes, rather than those removed for failing to make those changes.
PS, don't anyone accuse me of being a short, I own tens of thousands of shares, and increased my shares after the famous Local Station 3-figure NP interview article just before the results.
