On February 16, 2021 Steve Berman exercised his stock option rights under his employment agreement with the
Company and received 45 million common shares at $0.0001 per share. This increased the total issued and
outstanding common shares from 4,736,579,821 to 4,781,579,821 at the date of this filing.
(Likely sold them between .002 and .006. IMO....if sold at avg .004 that's $180K...however it is possible that he didn't sell anything betting on larger price appreciation.). Good for him.
On February 26,2021 Joseph C. Canouse provided an interest free short term loan of $40,000 to support the Company’s
working capital needs.

On March 12,2019 the Company filed a preliminary Form 1-A with the SEC to raise capital pursuant to Regulation A.
This initial filing was amended on April 2,2019 and again on November 15,2019. The amended filing called for the issuance
of 450,000,000 free trading common shares at an offering price of $ 0.0006 per share, for a gross capital raise of $ 270,000.
The offering was reviewed and qualified by the SEC as of December 17,2019. However, no subscriptions or issuances were
ever made under this offering and the offering was officially terminated by the filing of Form 1-Z on March 8, 2021
