The votes used up more than 120k of that money.
The facts as presented by Kirkland in the latest filings...are questionable...
He holds zero common shares.
Controls nothing
Claiming 821 billion shares...how is that possible if the shares are unconverted.
All supposition...on Kirkland's part and why Ziv calls it nonsense.
This battle is far from over.
And at the very least Kirkland with his tactics stateside is having some kind of effect on what is happening in Israel.
The silence is deafening..so I know something is going on...my questions remain unanswered at this time.
