John Kirkland is a belligerent asshole.
He hates the company..He hates Israelis and he hates Jews period.
This is a nasty person.
I have been made aware of some of the tactics he has tried.
I can tell you that Ziv has tried repeatedly to work with Kirkland.
At one point Kirkland cut off all communication with the company for several months as he refused to talk and negotiate.
That was responsible for the big delay we had recently in which there was nothing..a complete void in providing shsareholdeers with information as there was a deadlock as Kirkland walked away from negotiations.
He realizes he is somewhat screwed.
Ziv has offered to let Kirkland have the US company and run things.
He was never interested.
All Kirkland wants is the ability to convert and sell his shares.
These latest shenanigans with the filings are not even legitimate.
Ziv didn't sign off on anything and at the very least if he was being ousted..His signature would have been required in order for the filing to be deemed legal.
Ziv signed nothing.
It is true that part of the reorg plan included increasing the shares so Kirkland could convert and be gotten rid of.
Apparently Kirkland doesn't like the terms.
So what we have going on right now is a pissing match.
I reached out to Ziv as I was made aware of what went on in court this week.
I sent Ziv a message with some questions and have received no response so far.
I do know he is fighting for the former employees to be paid and the judge explained that their application to receive payment under the Israeli social security plan which will guarantee up to 55k in salary to any employee and paid by the state....needs to be filed by each individual recipient.
The hearing was closed after a 1/2 hour and Ziv explained these applications will be resubmitted.
I just don't understand about the other issues being dealt with in the reorg plan..and so I reached out and asked questions to which I have received no response as of this moment.
BTW....These emloyees were screwed by Bignitz and never paid a lot of their salary and since the company has no money this payment has to be approved by the court.
This is only one part of the reorg plan..most of my questions were about Kirkland and his rights and like I said I received no reply.
Ziv has called Kirkland's tactics nonsense.
Anyone can make a filing....and Kirkland has done that..He is at the very least misrepresenting his authority as he owns no common shares at the current time and therefore controls nothing.
The American entity of the company is an empty shell and contains nothing but the shareholder base of more than 15 thousand accounts.
It doesn't control what happens in Israel and it doesn't control the IP...and it doesn't have any creditors...as Kirkland's claims and filings are not legal.
It's a shell.
As far as IGLOW and his voracious claims that Bignitz and DGF control the company..that is completely absurd.
Bignitz is in the process of being investigated for fraud and other crimes by the government.
If DGF has issues this is where they need to be directed.
He has nothing to do with the company and hasn't for a very long while.
Bignitz literally walked out one day and that was it...no notice to anyone....
Also Bignitz did not grant payment to Turner as is being said by IGlow.
This stupidity just shows how out of touch and wrong so many people on IHUB are about the truth and the ongoing situation.
Turner challenged BIgnitz in court and Bignitz realized he had no claim and waived his right to defend..
THis is probably one of the only times that Bignitz was unsuccessful in looting the company further.
Turner got the better of him.
Ziv is not a stupid man.
In fact he is quite clever.
We just have to wait and let this play out.
I want to say more but I can't.
