NUGX is now listed for $.000189 https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NUGX/quote. Why would anyone be willing to sell their NGIO shares for that price? The only thing I can think of is, it is a person who has a demented grudge against GNBT/NGIO and/or its executives.
Good news is that GNBT/NGIO lawyers should be able to track down the perpetrator(s) since there is a paper trail in using the ticker symbol 15C2-11 Application http://www.legalandcompliance.com/securities-...n%20reques

From what I can gleam from all this, what has happened with the NUGX symbol was unauthorized and could (I think should) have legal consequences. For me, I would start looking at all the habitual posters on any public forum that has disseminated only derogatory, vindictive, and blatantly false propaganda of misinformation about GNBT/NGIO and its executives.
