These attempts by Kirkland to take control are all being dealt with in Israel.
They are being referred to as "nonsense" and being dealt with by the company lawyers in Washington.
Kirkland neither owns common shares nor can he show ownership of common shares.
That in and of itself deems his filings as worthless.
He is not anything close to a beneficial owner as he owns no common shares.
The preferred shares are unconverted and have no bearing .
Also any filing Kirkland put through requires Ziv's signature as at the time of the filing he was still on the BOD.
He hasn't signed anything.
Do not believe anything you read on IHUB whether it is from Phenix or Iglow...
Neither of them are dealing with reality.
Ziv himself said on Monday that Iglow has no clue about how things work although he'd like everyone to believe he's the expert and everyone else are dummies..lol
As far as Phenix's claim about the Facebook page and official Twitter accounts being shut down this was all done with Ziv's knowledge of these actions.
People waiting for accurate information on Ow's IHUB best be careful about what they want to believe.
There is so much misinformation on that board and in the IBOX ..it's sad.

I stand behind everything I have recently said and explained about the company.
The US entity is nothing but an empty shell with no employees and no creditors.
The filings from Kirkland are complete bs and nothing more than a drastic attempt to stop the proceeding through the Israeli parent company and the Haifa court.
The IP is in the Israeli company...
Kirkland doesn't control anything to do with the Israeli company and he knows that.
This is an ongoing situation and being dealt with through the Haifa court and nowhere else with any legitimacy.
Ziv has said an 8k will be filed when everything is settled through the court.
That is what is important.
