It’s quite simple. Sell out cheap to a big, powerful, lobbyist infested BP and you get approval.
And I’m not joking here. It’s completely obvious the FDA has no intention of approving this drug, or anything from CYDY. Too much $$, too much influence.
It’s great when the little guy scores a big win. TSLA did, and despite what many think of its CEO he delivered. NP is no Elon Musk and the latter only had to deal with the DOT.
So here we sit wondering what to do next. SP is about $1 a share below my average. As I said in a previous post I do think the drug had value, and I also think BP knows this as well. I ABSOLUTELY believe AF is in the employ of at least one BP entity. The ultimate goal of a short is to drive the targeted company into insolvency. Those that are paying AF would like this as well. Pick up LL for pennies, just like CYDY did. My only hope now is that more than one BP with very deep pockets will see the value and a bidding war will result. 3 digits, AYFKM? We’d be lucky to see 2, but I’d take it now to get out and put my $$ elsewhere. So call me what you will, I’m holding on to hopefully recoup some $$. I’ll refer to myself as a “shaken long”.
BTW maybe, just maybe we hit bottom this morning, as long we don’t get any more communications from NP.
