RJ, this is where leadership from the company comes in. Plain and simple. This is where communication comes in from the company.
This is should never and I mean never have to be DD from shareholders and should be where the leadership from the company comes out and takes the lead and addresses what is going on and how they are going to handle it and assure confidence to their shareholders on what they are going to do and not turn any of it back on shareholders.
Shareholders have concerns, legitimate ones, because of all the mess, all the waiting, all the pain, all the money they have invested.
And they are still waiting.
It's not unreasonable once again for shareholders to want to know what is going on one more time with something that is just one more thing that out of no where blindsides them and they are left wondering how did this happen.
We always seem to get things second hand instead of from the company itself in a PR or a CC. The company needs to be direct in all of this with everything so we know what the heck is going on. There are way to many questions and hardly any answers except November now and come what may.
