So, basically if we just dump the placebo arm data completely and compare the data of the treatment arm against what the world knows about the SOC patients, we should have an approval. Also, from what some smart posted investigated, Marovic trials showed the receptor occupancy did not indicate effectiveness and was an unessesary measurement. Which means we should have been able to file the BLA and be approved about a year ago.

I’m starting to think the fda is on the side of BP and not our little company.
