Rjs: A full accounting of the effects of this rogue stock listing is warranted: (1) is not the filing accessible to the company? (2) How are the stockholders whose stock has been appropriated going to recapture it under NGIO? (3) Under what authority was stock owned by individuals and cleared as dividends appropriated by assignment to this listing? Many have stood by GNBT on expectations of Nasdaq index listing as that would raise both ships— GNBT and NGIO. This development seemingly is very disruptive and the partial response disconcerting.
