Hi Everyone, For all you “Future Wealthy Peop
Post# of 85521
For all you “Future Wealthy People”, I would like to make a VERY STRONGE RECOMMENDATION. DO NOT SELL a large amount of shares (100K for example) with out finding a REAL FINANCIAL INVESTOR first. By “REAL”, I mean someone that deals with Millions. Sell 2K for $5 dollars for pocket money while you hire this planner. Now let me explain why I am making this Recommendation.
I recently had an opportunity to talk directly with a Financial Investor that deals with wealthy people. This person only deals with people that have $2Million to invest as a minimum and that he really only prefers to deal with people over $5 Million.
Here is a couple of the interesting things that he told me.
Do not run out and sell large quantities of the stock to pay off houses or cars. Once those stocks are gone, they are gone and you lose all future growth, dividends and power to leverage.
He recommends that I sell a small amount 2 to 5K. Which at $5 a share would be $10 to $25K. Then move the money into an Investing firm. Once the money is in a firm like his, it opens a world of possibilities for me.
For example:
Loan on a House or pay off your current home loan. The firm can use the stocks that you have as collateral and give you a loan against the stocks. How would this work? Let say you have $3million dollars of UNVC. The firm will give you a loan of $125K to pay off your house against your stocks. The firm then uses Dividends or sale a small amount of UNVC to cover the quarterly payments. Now lets say that your quarterly payment of $10,000. The first time you make the payment, the payment they sell off 2K shares of UNVC at $5. The next quarter they may only need to sell off 1K of UNVC at $10K. And a year later they may only need to sell of 500 at $20 a share. You keep the majority of your shares BUT you also have piece of mind that you can sell UNVC at the higher rate, fewer shares and pay off the loan at any time. The other great point is - there is little to no interest charged. I had never thought about it like this before and it made sense.
The next thing REALLY made me think. Take out a loan against the UNVC stock to buy other stocks. Power of Leveraging. Then use those stocks by selling or dividends to pay back the loan on the house and the loan for the purchase of the stocks. This way you never have to sell the UNVC at all. Again as these stocks go up you sell what you need to cover the loans, never touching the UNVC. But you have the piece of mind that you could pay off the loan any time with fewer shares of UNVC.
I know this is not for everyone – I just wanted to share some things to think about that I learned. Everyone is different and everyone have different goals.
The main point is Do REAL homework before you sell large quantities. Most of the big time investors will not speak to you until you have the real wealth.
Wealth is coming – BOOK IT!
