Not if I pragmatically looked at the alternatives and saw what needs to happen in the next 30-60 days is crucial to the company’s survival. If NP were to remove the Chairman of the Board it would pretty much end Cytodyn as a viable company. The optics of that would turn off any investors along with potential buyers.
